Spaying and Neutering

Spaying and neutering pets not only helps control pet overpopulation, but it is also the best health choice for your pet as it helps to prevent various forms of reproductive cancers, reduces issues of aggression in males, and deters male roaming in search of females, which is one of the top reasons male pets are hit by cars.

Desert Inn Animal Hospital will work with you to ensure your pet’s basic health needs are met. If you have any questions or if you are interested in our low-cost spaying or neutering options, please contact our compassionate staff and veterinarians.

Pet Microchipping

Microchipping your pet greatly increases the chances that he or she will be returned to you if they become lost. The area animal shelters and veterinary clinics have microchip scanning devices they can use to identify and contact the owners of lost pets.

As part of our low-cost clinic, we are pleased to offer microchipping for just $25 (the price is the same for all species).
